Call for expressions of interest - From Selection to Discovery project
Is your library or Indigenous Knowledge Centre working to digitise heritage material from your collection to share with the wider community? Would you like to see more heritage content from your local community online?
State Library of Queensland is seeking expressions of interest to participate in an education program, and receive funding of $5000, to support organisations in digitising and making accessible heritage material from their own collections and those of other local groups. Funding can be put towards activities such as upgrading equipment, digitising a specific collection, or promoting digital collections online.
This project is aimed at public libraries or Indigenous Knowledge Centres that have made some investment in digitisation but would like support to take the next step. Expressions of interest close at 5pm, Friday 20 February.
For more information download the EOI document, or contact Penelope Lau, Senior Project Officer, on (07) 3842 9438.
